For this project, we were required to extend or rework a piece we had done in the past. I chose the drawing above that I had done for an assignment, and I wanted to explore the idea of a giant cat living in a urban environment. Like Clifford the Big Red Dog, only more...unbothered?

As a cat owner myself, I found fun imagining what a giant cat would do around town, and how it might interact with the world as we know it. I’ve seen many a cat take up residence in an unattended dollhouse or model train track to know that they have little regard for if they are in the way of others.
